2. Your account
Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may use email or supported sign-in providers to create and secure accounts.
3. The service
Rungst provides software and APIs for receiving real-time on-chain trading activity and managing related subscriptions. Features, availability, usage limits, and supported networks may change. The service is currently offered at no charge. We will present applicable prices and terms before introducing paid features.
4. Acceptable use
Use Rungst lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or others. You must not:
- break laws, infringe rights, or facilitate fraud;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or usage limits;
- access accounts or systems without authorization;
- send malware or use the service to interfere with networks;
- resell or redistribute the service or its data in a way that violates applicable rights or limits.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
5. Data and your content
You retain rights to information you submit, such as wallet or token addresses and account details. You give us permission to process that information as needed to operate, secure, and support Rungst, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you are not entitled to provide.
6. Third-party networks and services
Rungst may rely on blockchain networks, data providers, identity providers, hosting, and other third parties. Rungst is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party protocol, trading platform, application, or network referenced or supported by the service, including FOMO, pump.fun, Axiom, GMGN, Photon, Trojan, BullX, Maestro, or any successor or related project. The names and marks of third parties remain their property. Those services have their own availability, terms, and privacy practices. Blockchain data may be public, persistent, and outside our control. Rungst does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
7. Availability and disclaimers
Rungst is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data will always be complete, accurate, or timely. You are responsible for evaluating data and for decisions or actions you take using it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rungst is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, business, or opportunity, or events caused by third-party networks and services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Rungst at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, create a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. We will handle account data according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the current version here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practical. These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without limiting mandatory protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts at the provider’s place of residence have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
